Refund Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

krei subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are granted by Paddle under its buyer terms and refund policy. This page summarises them; where they differ, Paddle's terms apply.

01

Cancelling

Cancel at any time in the Paddle customer portal, linked from /account/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you are not charged again, and you keep your plan until then.

02

The 14-day right in the EU, EEA and UK

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you may withdraw from a purchase for any reason within 14 days and get a full refund — unless you started using the service during those 14 days after agreeing, at checkout, to have it made available straight away. Consumers elsewhere keep any rights their local law gives them.

03

Other refunds

Otherwise purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires. Paddle may still grant a full or partial refund at its discretion for a request made within 14 days of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

04

How to ask

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net and choose "Request refund". You can also write to [email protected] and we will take it up with Paddle for you.

05

What a refund does to your plan

A refund on its own does not cancel a subscription, and Paddle would bill it again next period. When we handle a refund, we also cancel the subscription immediately, and your plan ends within a minute of Paddle notifying us. If Paddle refunds you directly, cancel in the Paddle portal too, or ask us to.
